* Die Captain-Sitzplätze in der Hauptvortragshalle befinden sich hinter den Admiral-Sitzplätzen und vor allen anderen Kartentypen. Bitte seien Sie pünktlich zum Talk-Beginn, um die Priorität in Ansprich nehmen zu können. Sitzplätze im Captain-Bereich sind nicht garantiert. Sollte der Bereich voll sein wird unsere Crew ihr bestes tun, einen guten Sitzplatz in der Halle für sie zu finden.

Die vorab zugewiesenen Fotosessions haben einen Wert von 1 x Captain (oder ähnlich) und 1 x Bridge Crew (oder ähnlich). Sie bekommen weitere Gutscheine über 3 x €20, den Sie je nach Belieben für eine Fotosession einlösen können bei Gästen, die €20 pro Fotosession berechnen und die Freitag, Samstag und Sonntag anwesend sind. Die Gutscheine können nicht als Teilzahlung für Fotosessions benutzt werden, die einen höheren Wert als €20 haben. Sie müssen Ihr Captains-Ticket beim Einlösen der Gutscheine vorzeigen.

~ Sie werden bei der Kartenbestellung gebeten, eine Gruppe zu wählen. Jeder Einzelkarteninhaber kann wählen zu welcher Gruppe er gehören möchte. Dies kann von Karte zu Karte verschieden sein, daher wählen Sie bitte den gleichen Gruppenbuchstaben wie die Freunde oder Verwandte mit denen Sie zusammensitzen möchten. Sollten Freunde oder Verwandte zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt gebucht haben, kann es sein, dass andere Buchstaben vergeben werden. Sobald Sie eine Gruppe gewählt haben und die Buchung komplett ist, kann diese Auswahl nicht mehr geändert werden. Die Veranstalter geben kurz vor der Veranstaltung bekannt welche Talks zu welchen Gruppe gehören.
˄ Fast Track für Autogramme ermöglicht dem Besucher, sich jeder Schlange anzuschließen ohne ein VQ ticket zu haben. Es kommt hier auf den Umfang der Schlage an - eventuell werden Sie gebeten ein wenig später zurückzukommen, wenn die Schlange nicht mehr so lang ist. Geben Sie unserer Crew Bescheid, sobald Sie sich anstellen.
Fast Track Ausweis für Fotosessions: melden Sie sich bitte ihrer Ankunft im Fotobereich bei einen Crewmitglied, das Ihnen hilft sich hinter den Admiralkartenhaltern, aber vor allen anderen anzustellen. Sollte die Fotosession bereits begonnen haben wird sich ein Crewmitglied bemühen, Sie so weit wie möglich an den Anfang der Schlange zu bringen.

Der Veranstalter ϋbernimmt keine Gebϋhr fϋr verpasste Aktivitäten, wenn SIe nicht das ganze Wochenende anwesend sind. Bitte denken Sie daran bei Ihren Reisevorbereitungen.
Gäste erscheinen, solange es ihre Arbeitsverpflichtungen zulassen.
Es ist möglich, dass Gäste nicht an allen 3 Tage anwesend sind. Bitte entnehmen Sie die Daten der Website.
Es erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, falls ein Gast absagt. Der Veranstalter wird sich in diesem Fall bemϋhen, einen angemessenen Ersatz zu finden.
Alle Rechte jetzt und in der Zukunft für die Bilder aus der Fotosession bleiben exklusiv bei Massive Events. Die Bilder können fϋr einen bestimmten Betrag heruntergeladen werden, aber nur fϋr persönlichen Gebrauch.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Zugang zur Veranstaltung zu verweigern, falls Sie beispielsweise die Veranstaltung stören oder sich weigern, angemessene Regeln des Veranstalters zu befolgen. In diesem Fall können Sie vom Geländer verwiesen werden.

* Details of the meet and greets will be communicated via email closer to the event. Meet & Greets are likely to take place in a talk hall as a more informal talk. Meet & Greets are Exclusive to VIP & Captain package ticket holders.
* Captain Seating in the main talk hall will be located behind the Admiral Seats, and ahead of all other package/ticket types. Priority seating is subject to early arrival prior to ticket holders being seated. In the event that you arrive once Captain Seating has already been done, our crew members will find you the next best available seat in the hall. We would strongly advise early arrival to all talks, no Captain Seating is guaranteed and is dependent on being in the queue when that area is seated prior to the talk starting.
***Prior to the event the organisers will reveal which guests are included in your Captain package for photo shoots. The pre-assigned photo shoots will be to the value of 1 x Captain or similar and 1 x Bridge Crew or similar. You will be given 3 x €20 vouchers to be used for individual guest photo shoots with guests of your choosing attending on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, who are charging €20 per photo shoot. Vouchers can NOT be redeemed as a partial payment against photo shoots of a higher value than €20. Captain badge must be presented when using vouchers.
**Prior to the event the organisers will reveal which guests are included in your Captain package for autographs. The pre-assigned autographs will be to the value of 1 x Captain or similar, 1 x Bridge Crew or similar. You will be given 3 x €20 vouchers to be redeemed for in-person autographs with guests of your choosing attending on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, who are charging €20 per signature. Vouchers can NOT be redeemed as a partial payment against autographs of a higher value than €20. Captain badge must be presented when using vouchers.
~ At the time of booking you will be asked to choose a group number for your talk allocation. Each individual ticket holder has a choice of which group they wish to be in. This can be different to other tickets in your order but if you want to sit with friends or family who also have tickets please select the same group letter for talks. If your friends or family purchase tickets at a different time to you, be aware that each group letter has a set allocation of tickets, and this group may not still be available at a later date. Once you have selected a group and completed the transaction you will not be able to change this selection. Closer to the event the Organisers will reveal which ‘Paid Talks’ are included in each group.
^ Fast Track passes for autographs allow the customer to join the back of any queue for autographs without a VQ ticket, subject to queue capacity (you may be asked to return at a quieter period). Captain Package holders will need to make themselves known to our crew members when joining the queue.
Fast Track passes for Photo Shoots - prior to the photo shoot starting, you will need to make yourself known to a crew member who will assist you and place you behind the Admiral Package holders but in front of all other ticket holders. In the event that a photo shoot has already started a crew member will place you in the best available position in the queue as close to the front as possible behind any Admiral ticket holders.
Terms & Conditions for all event tickets
This is a 3 day ticket and scheduled activities may take place on any day at any time.
The organisers do not take responsibility for any missed activities included in your package due to not being present for the full duration of the event. Please bear this in mind when making travel arrangements.
Guests appear subject to work commitments.
Guests may not appear on all 3 days - this information will be confirmed on their profile page.
Entry/Package tickets will not be refunded upon the event of a guest cancelling. The event team will endeavour to find a reasonable replacement if such cancellations occur.
Title, ownership and all rights, now and in the future, of and for the photo shoot images, remain exclusively with Massive Events. Photo shoot images will be available to download for personal, non commercial use after the event for a set fee.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to those that cause disturbance or refuse to comply with reasonable requests from the event management team. Any such persons may be removed from the premises.
